Terms of Service

These provisional Public Alpha terms describe how NewZ presents public prediction-market information and related reporting.

NewZ organizes publicly available Polymarket events, third-party reporting, and source-specific attention signals into a research interface. NewZ does not execute trades, hold funds, or guarantee that any market, probability, headline, image, attention score, or source is complete or current.

Market probabilities, ranked news, related-event suggestions, attention scores, keywords, tone, and resolution stance are informational signals, not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Attention measures activity momentum; sentiment describes language tone; Yes/No stance comes only from resolution evidence. None measures truth or predicts an outcome. You are responsible for checking primary sources and complying with the laws that apply to you.

Event cards, news stories, Bluesky embeds, Hacker News samples, and native X or Reddit searches may link to third parties. Their content, availability, privacy practices, and terms are controlled by those third parties. Community discussion is not publisher reporting. NewZ does not import X or Reddit search results into Attention or Narrative Pulse.

Account creation and cloud sync are currently in development, so NewZ can be used without signing in. Do not abuse NewZ APIs, bypass usage controls, scrape at disruptive rates, or use the service to violate another party's rights.

NewZ may change ranking methods, supported sources, or features and may suspend access when needed for security or reliability.
